Tonight I was a bit late, as a result of driving 1km and realising there was no kayak ontop of the car.
Tiny warmup, 1/4 of a lap
Main: 12 x 1000m 80-85% on 5:30
Didn't do as well as previous weeks with this set, the cause most likely being SIS Athletics the day before, running not being my thing. Very sore from that.
Only the 9th felt good, technique-wise.
I'm getting very heavy and tight through my forearms, most likely doing something wrong with the positioning of my wrists.

Might be gripping a bit tight especially if trying to apply extra power. It's an art do still relax and go harder. Can also be from being a bit tight in shoulders and or elbows, have a good stretch and don't forget to stretch biceps these can be forgotten and can be troublesome.
