Wednesday 17th Dec

Okay today's session was hard and fast.
3 x {4 x 250} sprint
First set for a change, went well.
Second set again was my best one, you reminded us to keep a bit of space between our strokes and this really worked for me, at least on the first one.
Third set it started to kick into me that my forearms were absolutely killing me, blocked off my power, went crap.
My hands are loose but it does nothing, becoming a real problem.
