Today just did some light weights work.
free weights, 8kg each
2 x bicep curl
2 x bench press
2 x tricep
Nothing hard. If you have any suggestions for exercises I should do, fire away.
Plus, good news. Got a foam mat for my seat. Will test tomorrow

Good work on the Seat pad!
Cut out the arm weights for now, need to add some back work into the routine. Exercise such as bent over row and seated row will still give the guns a pump. I'll catch up with you on this.
As for loosening grip, a more relaxed grip is a challenge at first, it will aslo allow the blade to find more water = more power without forcing it and less stress on forearm...
